Audio interview with Brian Rowan, security journalist, by Stephen Nolan for BBC Radio Ulster The Nolan Show on 16 May 2013. On the following day talks were to be held in Wales between members of the PSNI, politicians and community leaders on the issue of tensions around parading. These talks were organised by the PSNI in co-operation with the University of Ulster in an attempt to prevent the trouble of the flag protests in late 2012/early 2013 recurring during the marching season. The Nolan Show is BBC Radio Ulster’s daily current affairs programme.
