On the previous day talks were held in Belfast between members of the PSNI, politicians and community leaders on the issue of tensions around parading. This followed an earlier conference on the issue in Cardiff in May 2013 and a summer of escalating tensions over parading in Northern Ireland. In this interview Rowan discusses the developments from the meeting. The Nolan Show is a daily current affairs programme on BBC Radio Ulster.
