On 17 September American diplomat Richard Haass arrived in Belfast to chair cross-party talks on flags, parading and the past. In this interview Maginness and Harvey discuss the suggestion that protests on parading issues in Belfast should be suspended for the period of the Haass talks. The Nolan Show is a daily current affairs programme on BBC Radio Ulster.
