This year saw rising tensions in Northern Ireland over decommissioining, street violence and an alleged IRA intelligence operation at Stormont. In this interview an IRA representative discusses the organisation’s views on the instability in Northern Ireland. On 14 October 2002 devolved government collapsed. An Phoblacht is a monthly newspaper published by Sinn Fein.
