We will be providing free refreshments throughout the day to keep you fuelled. Here's what we have planned for you:

Breakfast (9.15-9.45am):

  • Tea and Coffee
  • Selection of freshly baked croissants and Danish pastries
  • Tropical fruit platter
  • Selection of fresh juices including apple, orange and cranberry


Morning break (11.00-11.20am):

  • Tea and Coffee
  • Selection of biscuits


Lunch (12.30-1.30pm):

Choice of dishes -

  • Sumac chicken laksa, lemongrass and ginger rice (halal)
  • Pan-roasted fillet of sea bass, with red onion, wilted kale and a citrus dressing
  • Miso and sesame braised vegetables, lemongrass, and ginger rice (vegetarian)

Salads -

  • English mushroom, radicchio and pearl barley
  • Cucumber and mixed bean salad with red pepper
  • Roasted broccoli, lentil and coconut salad

Dessert -

  • Swedish almond tart (vegetarian/gluten free)


Afternoon break (3.15-3.45pm):

  • Tea and Coffee
  • Selection of muffins
