The Windrush Clinic advises clients who are eligible under the Windrush Compensation Scheme and have suffered financial or other losses because they were unable to prove their right to live in the UK.

This may include losses relating to:

• employment,
• housing,
• healthcare,
• education,
• banking,
• immigration fees,
• detention,
• deportation,
• threatened removal,
• or other impacts on daily life.
