Congratulations to Dr Sara Caldéron, a Tower Hamlets GP and IPHS PhD student who has been awarded the Curriers Company Millennium Healthcare Bursary to study "Could social prescribing offer a means to address the social determinants of type 2 diabetes in a multi-ethnic population at high risk?". This work will link to Sara’s PhD, funded by the LISS Doctoral Training Partnership, and supervised by Dr Sarah Finer and Dr Megan Clinch.
