How to apply

Students who have successfully completed A-Levels or the International Baccalaureate will be considered for direct entry onto our undergraduate degrees. We may also consider recognised Foundation qualifications. For individual grade requirements for particular degree programmes please refer to the undergraduate study section of this website. 

Queen Mary also considers students from Croatia with the following qualifications:

  • Matura Certificate

Undergraduate Medicine and Dentistry Admissions

Please note, the Matura Certificate is not accepted for admission to either our MBBS or BDS programmes (but is accepted for all other undergraduate programmes). However, the Matura Certificate may be accepted for our MBBS programme delivered in the Republic of Malta.

Postgraduate

We normally consider the following qualifications for entry to our postgraduate taught programmes: Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma of Higher Education Level VII/1 (Diploma - Visoko obrazovanje) from a recognised institution.

UK 1st class degree: 4.5 out of 5
UK 2:1 degree: 4 out of 5
UK 2:2 degree: 3 out of 5
