Our programme is designed to keep you at the forefront of your industry. Building on the foundations of your work experience, you’ll combine academic learning at degree level and on-the-job practical training to acquire the skills required by employers today and in the future. The programme will introduce you to specialist and strategic knowledge - with a strong focus on data analytics - that will enhance your understanding of key issues in business, technology, project and people management and allow you to consider these issues within the context of your workplace.
A Digital & Technology Solutions (DTS) Professional provides technology enabled solutions to internal and/or external customers, in a range of areas including software, business and systems analysis, data analysis and network infrastructure. They implement technology solutions that enable businesses to develop new products and services and to increase an organisation’s productivity using digital technologies.
The social sector comprises charitable, voluntary and community organisations which deliver public benefit and meet the needs of service users and beneficiaries. This Degree Apprenticeship will enable you to study a BSc Chartered Management qualification specifically tailored for those seeking to build a career in the social sector. You will work towards taking responsibility for people, projects, operations and/or services to deliver long term organisational success and become professionally recognised in your ability to deliver impact. Through engagement with leading practitioners in the sector, you will build a deeper understanding of the unique governance and regulatory environment, of social impact and evaluation, fundraising, finance and project management. You will study at Queen Mary University of London two days a week and work the remaining three days at your sponsoring employer.
We are actively scoping delivery of further programmes both at undergraduate and postgraduate level. To this end, employers are encouraged to make contact if they have an interest in a particular standard that has already been approved, or is in the process of being approved by the Institute for Apprenticeships.
We are also currently engaged in a number of Trailblazer groups and have assisted such groups right through from the Expression of Interest through to consultation and approval by the IfA. We work closely with the ESFA, IfA and QAA so are able to navigate the increasingly complex apprenticeship space to help industry achieve its workforce needs.
