Supporting Neurodivergent Students in Placements
Wednesday 21 October 2026 (2-4:30pm)
In this interactive session, we will discuss the experience of neurodivergent medical students on GP placements and the challenges they can face. We will hear about the lived experience of a neurodivergent doctor, then use realistic scenarios to discuss practical approaches to support and consider reasonable adjustments. You will leave knowing where to find resources and support pathways, and feeling more confident in supporting neurodivergent students in your practice.
Location: Queen Mary University of London, Mile End campus. Room information will be communicated to registered attendees nearer to the event.
