Profile

I am a Genetic counsellor with a strong academic and clinical background in human genetics and genomics. I completed my undergraduate degree in Genetics at the University of Manchester before undertaking a Master's degree in Genetic and Genomic Counselling at Cardiff University.

During my Master’s, I led a qualitative research study in collaboration with Lynch Syndrome UK, exploring the impact of Lynch syndrome on romantic relationships. Through in-depth interviews, valuable insights were gained into the psychosocial impact of inherited cancer risk on individuals and their relationships.

I have clinical experience within NHS genetics services in London and Bristol, supporting patients and families to navigate complex genetic information and make informed decisions about genetic testing and their care.
