Profile

I am a postdoctoral research assistant in the Youth Resilience Unit. I currently work on an MRC-funded project to develop a new measure of loneliness for young people. Before joining QMUL, I was a postdoctoral researcher at King’s College London, working on a project investigating the cognitive correlates of youth loneliness.

I completed an MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience at University College London, and subsequently an MRC-funded 1+3 MSc and PhD studentship at the Social, Genetic and Developmental Psychiatry Centre at King’s College London. My doctoral research combined various methodologies (EEG, experimental psychology, longitudinal research, statistical genetics) to investigate anhedonia in depression.
