Profile

Sumit is a Project Manager at the Centre for Preventive Neurology. He sits on the GP2 Steering Committee and co-leads the Training and Networking group. Sumit manages the milestones and deliverables of the working group for GP2. He is also involved in the review and approval process of analytical projects as a member of the Project Proposal, Approval, and Execution working group. Additionally, he is a member of the GP2 Return of Results Interest Group and The Accelerating Medicines Partnership: Parkinson’s Disease Outreach Working Group.

At the Centre for Preventive Neurology, he provides project management input on a portfolio of international research projects within the Parkinson’s disease theme. Previously, Sumit was a Clinical Research Coordinator at Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, working on several Dementia and mental health clinical trials, as well as coordinating the Clinical Monitoring Team of the TIHM for Dementia study. Sumit has studied Clinical Neuroscience at UCL and holds an undergraduate degree in Neuropsychology from the University of Central Lancashire.
