Profile

I am a PhD student within the Women’s Precision Prevention team led by Prof Ranjit Manchanda within the Centre of Cancer Screening, Prevention and Early Diagnosis, Wolfson Institute of Population Health. My thesis is on direct-to-patient genetic testing at cancer diagnosis to explore a patient-focussed, easily accessible, potentially cost-effective pathway to deliver genetic testing at scale. My work is based around the DETECT-2 randomised control trial, but includes working on our team’s projects in genetic testing, risk prediction, risk management, cancer prevention, and health economics.
