Facilitators reported that students demonstrated a stronger understanding of mental health education and showed great interest in the topic. Many students felt more comfortable expressing their thoughts and sharing personal experiences related to relationships with parents and peers. One facilitator noted:

“Activity games such as Messenger Pigeon and Energy Blast not only brought joy to students but also helped them develop a better understanding of their peers.”

The facilitators confidently led the sessions and effectively communicated key messages about building and maintaining healthy relationships. They highlighted that the topic was highly relevant to today’s social environment and provided students with practical insights on strengthening connections with the people around them.

Overall, the implementation of Topic 6 was well received by both students and facilitators, contributing positively to students’ social and emotional development while reinforcing the importance of healthy relationships in everyday life.
