The Health Economics and Policy Research Unit (HEPRU) develops empirical and methodological research across disease areas, public health problems and healthcare systems to generate evidence that informs national and international health policy. We study determinants of health, the costs and benefits of prevention and treatment, and the design and evaluation of health interventions and policies. The Unit provides health economics teaching and advice to students and professionals.
