The School of Physical and Chemical Sciences (SPCS) actively works towards an environment where all parties can achieve their full potential irrespective of gender, race, sexual orientation or disability.
The School's EDI Committee collects and monitors relevant disaggregated data on many aspects of school life, from undergraduate recruitment to seminar speakers and acts accordingly on its findings in an effort to create an equitable working culture.
