How we can help
The Research Degrees Office provides specialist administrative support and guidance to postgraduate research students throughout their studies.
For enquiries relating to your research degree, please contact the Research Degrees Office using the relevant faculty email address for the faculty in which you are studying.
Alternatively, students and applicants can submit enquiries through AskQM, our online enquiry system, which allows queries to be directed to the appropriate team for support.
In-person support
If you would like in-person support, you can visit your local AskQM Hub, where colleagues can assist with your enquiry or direct you to the appropriate specialist team.
For further information, including locations and opening hours, please visit the AskQM webpage.
The Research Degrees Office will do its best to assist in any queries you may have, and resolve these where possible, and if it does not fall within our competencies, we can provide applicable information and further contact details for you. Please note that we expect all students making use of our frontline services to comply with the Queen Mary code of Student Behaviour and Discipline [PDF 168KB], failure to abide by this code of conduct may result in the withdrawal of service, and be met with the applicable penalty as detailed in the document attached.
