Externships Programme

This programme gives you the opportunity to spend seven hours a week for six months supporting a real start-up. You will receive structured feedback on your performance and experience life in-house.

What’s involved?

You will receive comprehensive legal and commercial training ready to begin your externship, and then spend one day a week for six months providing practical support to a tech business or start-up.

We collaborate with startups in diverse industries, including green tech, sustainability and environmental protection, med tech and healthcare, AI and Machine Learning, human rights and travel.

You will be supported throughout by the qLegal team, participate in peer coaching sessions with your fellow students and have opportunities to network with external solicitors at panel events.
