My current role consists of supporting GP practices and CCGs/Public health across North East London, currently focusing on Waltham Forest and Tower Hamlets. The support consists of practice visits around different clinical domains and targets practices to have reach. We provide clinical templates to help with consistent coding. There are also Support searches we create so practices know which patients to target amongst many other areas. We provide monthly dashboards so practices and Commissioners can see uptake broken down by practices. There is also a whole suit of different tools we create to support GP practices. I have worked with the Clinical Effectiveness Group, CEG, for 7 years. I started as administration support and worked my way through to Senior Primary Care Facilitator. Before working at CEG, I was working within a GP practice in Newham as various different admin roles.
