For those who have chosen a Queen Mary University of London award you will receive your certificate at the ceremony, and for those who have opted for a University of London award, your certificate will be sent to you in the post from the University of London. For those students who are receiving a Queen Mary award and not attending the ceremony but wishing to collect their certificate in person, you can do so from the Student Enquiry Centre, Room CB01, Queens’ building, (Mon-Fri, 09:00-16:30) 24 hours after your ceremony has taken place. Please ensure that you bring a form of photographic identification with you, preferably your Queen Mary ID card.
Any certificates that are not collected will be posted out, after the ceremonies have ended, to your results address. Any student wanting a relative or friend to collect their certificate please ensure that they have a copy of an email giving them permission to do so, sent by you to them from your Queen Mary email address and your student ID number.

If you are unable to attend graduation and would like to defer until a later date, please complete this form to inform us of when you would like to graduate instead. Completion of this form is not confirmation of your attendance, please monitor our website for updates on the dates of your ceremonies and look out for an email from our team to confirm your deferral. Please be aware, confirmation can take up to 31 days.
Tickets purchased for Queen Mary graduation ceremonies are non-refundable. The only exception to this policy is that refunds will be issued in the case of academic failure by the student due to graduate. In these circumstances a full refund will be offered, although this will not be issued automatically. Students who have not successfully completed their course must contact the Events and Ceremonies Team at firstname.lastname@example.org with their name, course details and student ID number before the week of ceremonies.
Requests for a refund will then be reviewed and verified against your student record before a refund is issued to the credit/debit card used to make the booking. This process may take up to 28 days. Refund requests after the deadline cannot be processed. We regret to inform you that we are unable to offer transfer of funds between ceremonies and/or graduation periods.
All refund requests must be submitted in full by midday (UK time) on Friday 2 August 2019.
