QMIPRI hosted a design law reform seminar: Global Moves Towards Design Law Reform on Monday 11th December with speakers Jeff Lloyd from the UK IPO, Visiting Fellow Dr. Tyrone Berger and Professor David Musker QMIPRI.
This design law reform seminar discussed the most recent changes to design law in relation to contemporary issues. This included the design law reform consultation which is ongoing in the UK IPO, the upcoming Diplomatic Conference for the proposed Design Law Treaty and other important ongoing issues.
