In June, Dr Guido Westkamp spoke on aspects of European design and trade mark Law and unfair compatition law at the New York University Polytechnical Institute in Westchester, New York. He was invited by Mr Gary Rinkerman, who teaches US IP law at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies.
