Doctoral Seminar and Reading Group (London Universities Collaboration)

This is a reminder that the Doctoral Seminar and Reading Group (London Universities Collaboration) will take place on Tuesday, 16th May between 1:00-6:00 pm at the Centre for Commercial Legal Studies, Room 3.1, Queen Mary, University of London, 67-69 Lincoln's Inn Fields London WC2A 3JB. This event is a collaboration between QMIPRI, UCL (Institute of Brand and Innovation Law), City, University of London, King’s College London, and Birkbeck, University of London.

 

                                                                                                                                                     

 

Here is the detailed programme of the event:

 

1:00-1:30pm – Lunch

1:30-2:30pm – Reading Group with Dr Luke McDonagh (LSE) about chapter 3 from his latest book Performing Copyright: Law, Theatre and Authorship (details below)

2:30-3:00pm – Coffee break

3:00-5:00pm – Seminar session

5.00-6.00pm – Drinks reception and networking (in room 2.2)

 

As concerns the Reading Group with Dr McDonagh,  (‘Copyright Law and Performing Authorship in Theatre – Exploring the Contrasting Roles of the Playwright, Director and Performers’). We look forward to discussing the chapter, as well as the rest of this fascinating book, with you during the event.
