We have noticed that some 3D secure providers are experiencing issues when the payer is trying to check out. This is causing the 3D Secure process to stop. On further investigation, it has been found that this issue is specifically related to a new version of Chrome (90) which is currently being rolled out. Our analytics and tests have shown that version 89 is not problematic.
The workaround is to use a different browser.
