Timeframe for processing Extenuating Circumstances (ECs) forms
Students who are registered with the Student Health Service, provided by Suttons Wharf Health Centre, should be aware that the processing timeframe for extenuating circumstances (EC) forms has changed from 7 working days to 10 working days.

Students are entitled to submit up to three (3) self-certified ECs, which means no medical evidence from a doctor is required for these submissions. The 10-day processing timeframe applies to all ECs submitted by students registered with the Student Health Service.
Please note that this timeframe only applies to students registered with the Student Health Service. Students who are registered with other GP practices may experience different processing timeframes for EC forms, depending on their medical provider.
