Project title: Inferring gene function for emerging model organisms

Summary: The aim of the project is to develop a means to electonically infer the potential fucntions of genes in organism where no experimental data exists. this ability is crucial to our understanding of pathogens, pests, crops, and the natural world, and thus in turn for health and security.
