If you've undergone or are considering fertility treatments like IVF, we'd love for you to participate in our online survey. Our aim is to understand how people search for information about fertility treatments and their thoughts on empowering patients to make informed choices.
The survey should take approximately 15 minutes of your time. Your participation is entirely voluntary. You're free to withdraw at any point during the survey; however, once the survey is completed and submitted, withdrawal won't be possible.
All data will be securely stored in a Sharepoint database, following Queen Mary University of London's (QMUL) data storage guidelines. Access to this data will be limited to the research team only.
Anonymised data collected might be used in various research outputs, such as insights, briefs, reports, presentations, and publications, to share findings. The data will be retained for 5 years, aligning with QMUL's data storage guidelines.
