A new way of managing student enquiries at Queen Mary is now here!
AskQM is our new way of managing student enquiries which make submitting and getting answers to your enquiries speedier and easier to access. On AskQM you can use the self-service tool to quickly find an answer to your question or you can submit an enquiry and track its progress until your question is answered.
In addition to the digital service, we will have a Front Line Enquiry Response team in several AskQM hubs across campuses who you can visit in-person. We have AskQM Hubs in iQ East Court (replacing the Student Enquiry Centre) and the Mile End Library and we expect to have a hub in Whitechapel, Charterhouse Square and Lincoln’s Inn Fields by early 2025/26.
For our current students, if you have an enquiry please visit askqm.qmul.ac.uk, login and 'Ask a Question' and use the knowledge base to find the answer. You can proceed to submit a 'New Enquiry' if you need some further support.
For visitors external to Queen Mary, visit askqm.qmul.ac.uk, click on the tile which is most relevant to your question and view the knowledge articles to find the answer to your question. If you would like some further support, click on 'Contact us' to complete the enquiry form.
