Logging enquiries using categories
Once you have logged into AskQM and are logging your enquiry, you are asked to choose a category and sub-category to help direct your enquiry to the team who are best placed to support you.
We understand that it may be difficult to decide how to categorise your enquiry and so we have provided a full list of categories and sub-categories below to help you decide how you want to log your enquiry.
Therefore, please don’t worry if you are not sure which category to choose and just select what you think is the most appropriate. All staff using AskQM can triage your enquiry, recategorise and hand on your enquiry to another team if needed.
