Previous Annual Conference

2023

The second of our annual A-level conferences organised in collaboration with Denise Freeman who leads the East London Geography Hub for teachers took place at the School of Geography at Queen Mary University of London on the 20th of June 2023.

The theme of the conference was climate change and we explored this through the idea of climate change as a ‘wicked’ problem. The event included guest lectures and lively discussion sessions and was judged by the students to have been really helpful, interesting and informative.
