Dr. Toby is a Political Analyst, an Academic and a Research team leader at BICOM, which aims foremost to be a source of insight and expertise on Israeli politics and society in the UK. Dr. Greene is also Deputy Editor of Fathom, a quarterly journal. Aside major contributions in other publications, his first book "Blair, Labour and Palestine; Conflicting Views on Middle East Peace After 9/11" will be the main focus for this event.
