About the event
The DSxHE's Download are monthly informal, conversational and informative online Meetups. These are open to anyone in the world, no matter what your level of experience and background. They are really just an opportunity to meet fellow DSxHE-ers and learn a few new things. The format goes like:
1) Quick fire intros for all those attending the event
2) A host (any member of the community can host!) who presents a project, paper, blog, company, video or podcast on something to do with data science and health equity that they found interesting recently
3) Have a wonderful meandering discussion on some of the themes covered
4) Reconvene to say goodbye until next time (and hopefully get a few volunteers to host next month's!)
