Annual Student Meeting 2022 - Registration and idea submission now open Open to all PGR students

We are pleased to confirm that the Annual Student Meeting 2022-23 will take place on Monday 28th November 2022. The meeting will be held online so you'll be able to join from wherever you are!

Registration and motion submission are now open! All students are strongly encouraged to attend. You'll need to pre-register prior to the meeting so we can validate you are a current Queen Mary student. You need to register using your email address / account.

The Annual Student Meeting is your opportunity to get involved in debate on a range of ideas and issues decided by students. You'll be able to submit ideas, as a motion, on anything you think is important or would make your University experience better. These ideas are then able to be voted on by all students who attend the meeting. It's the biggest opportunity of the year to have your say and make change happen on the things that matter to you. 

Any motions voted for at the meeting will become Students' Union policy and we will work to make them happen. You can find out more about how the meeting works on the webpage.

The meeting is also where you'll be able to find out more about the recent work of the Students' Union and your elected reps. You'll be able to ask them any questions about what they've been up to so far this year!

The deadline for motion submissions is coming up very soon - 11:59pm on Tuesday, 15th November 2022. Late motions cannot be accepted.
