I am one of the coordinators of the Child Rights Institute (CRI) at the Faculty of Social Science, Lund University. My research interests include how professional actors in their work with children are affected by and relate to different factors such as legislation, organizational culture, resources, etc. In January 2024, I will start a project on children's rights in custody cases in Sweden, Egypt and Uzbekistan with the aim to analyze how children’s rights are understood and utilized by professionals in different legal cultures and what impact this has for the children concerned and broader social development.
