Víctor Alfonso Mamani Urrutia (INSN)

Víctor has a degree in Human Nutrition and a Master in Food Security and Human Development from the National University of San Agustín de Arequipa (UNSA), researcher in population nutrition, public programs and interventions in food and nutrition, with emphasis on early childhood and nutrition healthy. He has experience in public administration of health and social development. His master's degree explored the implications of nutritional education and the effectiveness of health services in a high Andean area of ​​Peru on malnutrition and childhood anemia. He has previously worked with ICTs in health, in the national school feeding program, in the monitoring and evaluation of health and nutrition projects in Peru. Currently, Victor provides methodological assistance in the design, development and monitoring of research projects at the National Institute of Child Health, teaches nutrition students of the Scientific University of the South and Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (Lima, Peru), is Principal investigator of a study on nutritional status in hospitalized infants in a national reference hospital.

Bachelor of Business Administration, candidate for a Master in Science with a Mention in Investment Projects at the National University of Engineering, my thesis investigates the influence of public investment in sanitation projects on the morbidity of water origin in the regions of Ayacucho, Loreto and Lima Provinces, period: 2010-2017. I have experience in formulating public and private projects, monitoring and monitoring work plans of economic units and working with organizations of small artisan producers.

Edinson Martín MENDOZA LOZADA (UNIA)

Edinson is a Peruvian, male midwife in the city of Pucallpa, Ucayali Region – Peru. He graduated from the Universidad Nacional de Tumbes, did his postgraduate studies in Health Services Management, Family and Community Health. He has 19 years of work experience in the different Regions of Northern Peru. He is interested and has dedicated 14 years of work in promotional preventive activities. He was in charge of the Huancabamba Health Network management and the CLAS Central America management. He is currently Responsible for the Health Promotion and Comprehensive Care based on family and Community.
