"Firstly I would like to express gratitude for collaborating with Queen Mary’ University students.

It was a very effective and engaging method to get an extra set of eyes from outside to look in and provide feedback, the fact these were young adults was even more beneficial as it gave a different perspective and outlook from the view of a younger generation and not from such a professional bias background.

It was refreshing to discuss with the students about our company and the insight we are exploring for the New Year. Then to have feedback from young fresh minds was worth its weight in gold. The feedback sessions were good as it ensured the students were on the right track and that we have provided them all the information they require to provide effective feedback.

In all honesty, some of the points made by the students we actually adopted and will be putting into practice."
