Mr Norman McBreen

Profile

As School Manager Norman is responsible for managing the Professional Services team and has a strategic role in the development and operation of the School, working with the Head of School and senior management team to identify, develop and implement strategy.

Prior to joining the School in July 2022 Norman worked in the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Queen Mary as Faculty Education Manager. Norman has held various roles in Queen Mary Queen and other Universities specialising in Teaching and Learning.

Norman is a member of the Association of University Administrators (AUA).

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the Professional Services team to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of administration across the School's activities
• Working with the Head of School and Executive Group in the development and implementation of School strategy
• Leading on financial planning and monitoring
• Managing the teaching administration and support processes
• Developing and maintaining key relationships throughout the Faculty and professional services
• Representing the School and Faculty on working groups and committees
