In a talk for the launch of his latest book, Professor Tim Bale charted the stormy seas the Tories have been navigating since Brexit and gives his reading of what may lie ahead. “Turmoil and Transformation” is the subtitle of Queen Mary’s Professor of Politics Tim Bale’s new book, “The Conservative Party After Brexit”. Now, almost seven years later, Professor Bale said at his alma mater on Tuesday: “When is Brexit going to be over? I’d suggest probably never.”
