Boris Johnson avoids further fines as the police end lockdown inquiry

Prime Minister Boris Johnson has escaped without further penalties in a long-simmering scandal that has threatened his grip on power. But it could still be one of the things that brings him down, given how many problems this government has, most notably on the economy.”

This was covered in the New York Times, NBCi News (PDF available on request)

Professor Tim Bale also featured on ITV’s Peston (10 mins into the programme) and in Bloomberg: Labour’s ‘Mr. Rules’ Plan Backfires in the Face of Johnson Chaos
