Boris Johnson will be PM for next eight to 10 years as Labour scramble to find challenge

Boris Johnson will be Prime Minister for the next eight to 10 years according to political expert and Professor of Politics, Professor Tim Bale, who said he found it difficult to imagine the Labour Party breaking the Conservative’s huge majority. Professor Bale said: “I think Labour is in a really, really difficult position. It’s very difficult to imagine Labour actually breaking the Conservative majority at the next election which presumably will be in 2024. I’m not so sure when people say it has to be someone from the north or it has to be a woman is as important as getting someone who is relatable to the electorate and who has the air of authority.”
