Would the Queen intervene in Brexit? It is highly unlikely. Professor Tim Bale said: “I’m not a betting man but I would bet the proverbial farm on the Queen not intervening in any way, shape or form on such a controversial issue. There would be no precedent for such an intervention in modern times and she is far too wise a woman to set one now.”
