Professor Tim Bale, Taking their knives to Mrs May’s toga won’t solve all of the Tories’ troubles

The Guardian’s Andrew Rawnsley cites Professor Tim Bale’s research into Conservative Party membership in an opinion piece about Theresa May’s fate as party leader. The article reads: “We know from the valuable work of Professor Tim Bale at Queen Mary University of London that they are rather elderly, predominantly male and overwhelmingly in favour of hard Brexit.”

And he was quoted by Bloomberg on an amendment that would force Theresa May to remain in the customs union after Brexit
