May's draft agreement


Dr Sarah Wolff, Director of the Centre for European Research, spoke to Radio Canada programme Première Heure about Theresa May's draft agreement. She commented on why this agreement is a turning point for Theresa May who is facing strong obstacles in the government but also if the agreement goes to Parliament. Dr Wolff said that no one in Europe has an interest in a no-deal and that the main problem is that the big losers would be European and British citizens who have had no say in a process that is presented as very technical to them
