Dr Françoise Boucek, Cameron is an easier situation than Major was in 1992

After re-election David Cameron is in a more comfortable situation with his party than John Major was in 1992, says Dr Françoise Boucek in an interview with Robert Elms. Discussing issues that Cameron will face in the next five years she says that in Europe “there is some resentment against when he flexes his muscles at summits” which could cause problems renegotiating the EU treaty but that Scotland was likely to be bigger issue domestically.
