Professor Dallas speaks on the Climate Change Act at the University of Cambridge

James Dallas, Executive Director of the Energy and Climate Change Law Institute at Queen Mary University of London, was invited to speak at the Cambridge Centre for Environment, Energy and Natural Resource Governance in the Department of Land Economy, University of Cambridge on 22 February 2024. At the event, titled 'Climate Change Act 2008 - Panacea or Chimera', Professor Dallas discussed the main provisions of the Climate Change Act 2008 and whether it has been effective in reducing emissions and whether its net zero target can be achieved by 2050.
