A Discussion on How Climate Change is Changing the Law and Commercial Practice

Join us for A Discussion on How Climate Change is Changing the Law and Commercial Practice. Our panellists are alumni from various fields of law and business who will share their insights and perspectives on the challenges and opportunities posed by the global environmental crisis. The panel discussion will cover topics such as how climate change:

  • affects human rights, environmental justice, and corporate accountability
  • impacts contracts, transactions, and dispute resolution
  • influences regulatory frameworks, policy making, and compliance
  • creates new markets, innovations, and collaborations

The event will be conducted in hybrid mode, to ensure that the alumni not in London on the date get an opportunity to participate in the event as well. The discussion will be followed by a drinks reception for those joining us in person. The event is free for all alumni of CCLS and for current students taking one or more energy modules, but registration is required.
