In this live online podcast recording, Dr Caroline Barelle (Queen’s University Belfast Entrepreneur in Residence / CEO and Founder of Elasmogen) will talk about her career, from being a postdoc to working in small companies, big pharmaceutical companies and setting up her own start-up. Kat Maguire (Lean Startup Programme Manager, Queen’s University Belfast) will then highlight some of the national innovation programmes she manages, and how they enable postdocs and PhDs to learn about research commercialisation, test the market for their research and even become CEOs!
