2nd Platelet Society Early Career Research Meeting

We are very pleased to advertise the forthcoming 2nd Platelet Society Early Career Research Meeting hosted by the Blizard Institute, Queen Mary University of London on Thursday 23 April 2020.

This meeting is open to graduate students (MSc and PhD), postdoctoral researchers, clinical research fellows, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience. It is specifically designed as a less formal forum for ECRs to present their research, openly discuss and share ideas, and explore collaboration and networking opportunities. From submitted abstracts there will a range of talks, flash posters and poster presentations covering basic and clinical research. In addition we have assembled a panel of experts to offer a career and CV masterclass discussing research fellowships to lectureships, and from biomedical industry to public engagement. 

Abstract submission is now open and will close on Friday 31 January 2020. We are also proud to announce that accepted abstracts will be published in a forthcoming edition of Platelets!
