Sponsors and partners

• £100.
• Each sponsor can include ONE of the following in the welcome pack:
  • 1-page flyer.
  • 1 piece of logoed or branded marketing material, such as logoed pens, notepad/notebook, highlighters, stress balls and such.
  • Production and delivery costs to be borne by the sponsor.
  • All materials to arrive 5-10 business days before the start of the event.

• £700.
• Each sponsor will have branded tabletop cards.
• Each sponsor can elect to also display ONE roll up branding / branded conference stand in the venue for the duration of the breakfast on both days.
• Each sponsor will also get the benefits of Package #1: they may also include ONE item in the welcome pack (same terms as above).

• Each sponsor will have branded tabletop cards.
• Each sponsor can elect to display one roll up branding / branded conference stand in the venue for the duration of the lunch on the first day.
• Each sponsor will also get the benefits of Package 1: they may also include ONE item in the welcome pack (same terms as above).

• Exclusive naming of the event with the sponsor’s name.
• Sponsor will be invited to attend and deliver opening remarks alongside the organisers.
• The sponsor can elect to display two roll-up branded displays / branded conference stands in the venue during the reception.

• £3,500.
• One sponsor only (£10.10 to £12.60 per head estimating 160-200 attendees).
• Exclusive naming of the event with the sponsor’s name along with branded tabletop cards.
• Each sponsor will also get the benefits of Package 1: they may also include one item in the welcome pack (same terms as above).
• The sponsor can elect to display two roll-up branded displays / branded conference stands in the venue during the reception.
• The sponsor will also receive four tickets to the formal dinner taking place on the first night (Day One) of the conference which can be used by the Sponsor, or which can be (partly or fully) allocated to support early career / PhD / Postgrad student attendees.

• £2,650.
• Inclusion of a one page write up / welcome with logos and photos in the official conference handbook.
• Inclusion on the Queen Mary ALT Conference webpage with links to sponsor websites 
  Logos of Programme Partners will be included on the welcome and closing slides each day.
• Invitation to moderate / chair one of the panel discussions one Day One or Day Two (by one of the four Sponsor delegates in attendance).
  Each sponsor will also get the benefits of Package 1: they may also include one item in the welcome pack (same terms as above).
• Four delegate tickets for the full two days of the conference which can be used by the sponsor or (partly or fully) allocated to support early career / PhD / Postgrad student attendees.
• Four tickets to the formal dinner which can be used by the Programme Partner Attendees, or which can be (partly or fully) allocated to support early career / PhD / Postgrad student attendees.
• Special recognition and thanks as a Programme Partner at the opening of the conference, at the formal conference dinner, and at the close of the conference

• £150 to £2,400.
• Any Sponsor who purchases a package above may also support student attendance through this add-on by either partially or fully covering the attendance costs.

Partial coverage 

• This add-on will cover the cost of delegate tickets specifically for student attendees and/or post-graduate attendees.
• Costs:
  • One delegate (£150);
  • two delegates (£300) or;
  • three delegates (£600).

Full coverage 

• Sponsors can pick the number of students who will get full access delegate tickets to the conference for both days, two nights of accommodation, plus one ticket to the formal dinner.
  • The add on will cover the cost of the student tickets £150 + two nights of accommodation at £160 per night + one ticket to the formal dinner £120 = £600 per student.
• Costs:
  • one delegate (£600);
  • two delegates (£1,200) or;
  • four delegates (£2,400).
• Recognition and thanks at the opening of the conference (partial and full coverage) and at the FORMAL conference dinner (full coverage).
• Both Partial and Full coverage sponsors will be named and thanked on the Queen Mary ALT Conference webpage with links to sponsor websites.
• Full coverage sponsors will be included on the thank you page with logos in the official conference handbook.
